We loved the location right on the slopes, making it convenient for skiing and avoiding long walks with our children's skis. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. The ability to use the spa was a nice bonus, providing a relaxing experience after a day on the slopes. The staff, particularly the friendly and helpful Dutch receptionist, made us feel welcome and were fluent in multiple languages.

The location of the hotel is ideal for skiing enthusiasts, with ski-in, ski-out access right on the slopes. the apartments are strategically close to each other, making it convenient for families. the ski lockers are easily accessible on the same level as the apartments, providing added convenience. the reception staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, fluent in multiple languages such as English, French, and Dutch.

the spacious and clean apartment was equipped with all necessary amenities, from heated ski room to comfortable beds, and delivered bread and pastries every morning. the ski, in and ski, out feature made it easy to hop on and off the slopes whenever desired.

Sadly, there were also some downsides, such as the poor quality of Wi, Fi and the noise level at night due to clubs and snow, making machines.

The ski-in, ski-out access from the hotel was fantastic, no walking required! the modern decor of the rooms was a refreshing change and they were spacious and comfortable. the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus and allowed us to cook our own meals.

The wifi was quite poor and it took the reception staff a long time to fix it. the layout of the hotel could be a bit odd at times and there seemed to be a lack of attention to the common areas.

The sauna was located in a separate building and not easily accessible in the winter. The lack of daily cleaning made the overall price seem a bit high.

This cozy apartment is perfect for families, with its convenient ski in and ski out access and its location near the Fresse/Bollin chair and Tufs chair. the apartment is clean, spacious, and has two bathrooms. the heated ski room and boot warmers are a nice addition. the kitchen is extremely well-equipped and the beds are comfortable. Bread and pastries delivered every morning is a great touch. the location is also ideal, with restaurants and ski hire on the ground floor.

Felt exceptional, nothing to complain about.

I keep coming back because of the helpful staff and great amenities like free Wi-Fi, ski storage, and a flat-screen TV. The location is perfect for hiking, cycling, and skiing. I even brought my pet! I can't wait to return for another city trip.
